Responsibilities
* Provide advice on a broad spectrum of non-contentious employment law issues, including the employment aspects of corporate transactions, litigation and multi-country projects, as well as experience in Employment Tribunal litigation.
* Participate in cross-jurisdictional matters and collaborate with teams across the firm to deliver client solutions.
* Demonstrate solid matter management, ambition, self-motivation and the ability to deliver high-quality work with initiative.
* Delegate to and manage the work of junior associates and trainees; participate in business development, including cross-selling between different practice areas of the firm.
* Engage in extensive client contact and contribute to a rewarding and challenging career path within the team at Squire Patton Boggs.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor under the laws of England and Wales (ideally with three or more years\' PQE).
* Strong track record in employment law and excellent academic credentials.
* We welcome applications from those already in the London market or seeking to move to the capital.

This team has seen sustained revenue growth and significant and complex mandates, with strong demand from clients in the UK and beyond. We continue to invest in talent and aim to grow our Associate group. From day one, you will advise on a wide range of projects, including drafting global policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance issues, restructures and redundancies, TUPE and changes to terms and conditions.
