We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a modular construction project in Reading on a freelance basis. This is a short-term, high-impact role for one week, ideal for an experienced manager who can hit the ground running.
Key Requirements:
Valid Black CSCS card
SMSTS certification
Proven experience managing modular construction projects
Strong site management and health & safety expertise
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth delivery of the project
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and the client
Monitor safety, quality, and program adherence
Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory regulations
Rate: £300 per day
