We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 12-week warehouse refurbishment project in Rugby.
This role will involve overseeing and managing refurbishment works including:

Roofing works
*
Flooring installation
*
Internal and external decoration
*
General site coordination and subcontractor management
Key Responsibilities:
*
Day-to-day site management and supervision of trades
*
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
*
Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries
*
Monitoring programme and reporting progress
*
Maintaining H&S compliance and site documentation
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing refurbishment projects (warehouse / industrial experience preferred)
*
Strong background overseeing roofing, flooring and decoration packages
*
SMSTS
*
CSCS (Black or Gold preferred)
*
First Aid at Work
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
