Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Senior Developer to provide technical leadership on complex FSL implementations, integrations, and custom developments. The role requires deep hands‑on expertise in Salesforce development along with the ability to guide teams, review designs, and engage with architects.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership for Salesforce FSL implementations and customizations, including system integrations, third‑party applications, AppExchange products, and custom Lightning development
* Prepare, present, and defend solutions in Design & Architecture Review Boards
* Design, configure, and implement FSL capabilities including:
* Dispatch Console
* Scheduling Policies and Work Rules
* Service Territories and Service Resources
* Mobile Workflows and Flows
* Collaborate with functional consultants to elaborate requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs
* Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Apex classes, triggers, and integrations following best practices
* Participate in design reviews and peer code reviews, ensuring performance, security, and coding standards
* Estimate user stories, support sprint planning, and provide proactive status updates and risk visibility
* Mentor junior developers and share knowledge on FSL features and Salesforce releases
Essential Skills & Experience
* Overall Salesforce development experience, with minimum 3 years focused on FSL implementations
* Strong hands‑on experience with:
* Apex, SOQL/SOSL
* LWC & Aura
* Flow Builder and Process Builder
* Proven experience configuring FSL components:
* Service Resources, Skills, Crews, Work Types
* Scheduling Optimizer and Dispatch Console
* Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP services and external systems
* Strong understanding of Service Cloud objects (Cases, Work Orders, Entitlements)
* Experience with FSL Mobile configuration and offline synchronization patterns
* Experience with SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, unlocked packages, and automated testing frameworks
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
