Hours: Mon–Thu 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Fri 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break)

As a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice, you'll play an active role in identifying talent and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll be fully trained while gaining practical experience and professional development.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
* Conducting initial screenings and telephone interviews
* Matching suitable candidates to vacancies
* Maintaining and updating the candidate database
* Coordinating interview bookings with clients and candidates
* Supporting administrative and compliance tasks
* Engaging with candidates to ensure a positive experience
* Contributing to team activities and collaboration
* Making outbound calls to generate potential leads
* Ensuring all communication is professional and confidential
