We’re seeking a Site Manager to lead the way.
In this role, you’ll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery. You’ll manage supervisors, delivery teams, and subcontractors on-site, optimising resources to meet budgets and programme deadlines.
What you'll be doing Key responsibilities:
Implementing and monitoring health, safety, quality, and environmental (SHEQ) standards to ensure compliance with water industry regulations.
Leading and managing site-based teams and subcontractors to drive operational excellence.
Delivering projects within budget and agreed timelines while proactively managing risks and programme adjustments.
Contributing to P6 planning during the design stage and ensuring site lookaheads maximise efficiency.
Collaborating on the Construction Phase Plan using digital platforms to streamline operations.
Reviewing and ensuring compliance with contract documentation.
Providing accurate and timely weekly and monthly SHEQ reports.
Who we're looking for What we are looking for:
Relevant CSCS management card.
SEATS (Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme) or an equivalent internal course.
Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
In-depth knowledge of SHEQ, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Proven experience managing subcontractors, supervisors, and on-site teams.
