Elevation Recruitment Groups HR division are are currently working with an industry leading manufacturing company based in Louth who are looking for a HR Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

Reporting into the HR Manager, this role plays a crucial part in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding including:
* Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
* Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the business
* Administer offboarding procedures, conducting exit interviews and handling documentation related to employee departures
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both in physical files and electronic databases
* Generate employment-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and HR reports
* Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures
* Support with payroll in absence of the Payroll Specialist

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within HR and hold or working towards their CIPD qualification.
