Customer Services Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: reporting to the Managing Director.
· Manage the Customer Services Department for the HALCYON DAYS GROUP
· Develop a can-do / agile culture in the Customer Services department
· Direct Reports.
· Liaising with London Sales, Production, Finance and Supply Chain
· Weekly Sales Report reporting for all markets
·
Liaising with London Sales Team to manage the distribution of all seasonal pricing and product for all markets, (partners / agents / key customers)
· Develop a set of care notes for all customers
· Ensure documented procedures are actioned on time.

All customers
All distributors, representatives, agents worldwide and the internal sales teams

Work closely with the Wholesale Sales Team for All International Markets and Key Global accounts.

Review and manage stock levels through clearance across multiple warehouses.

Working with Finance to meet monthly invoice and shipping targets
·
Reporting
o Weekly Market reports – Top sellers and KPI actions
o Monthly and Seasonal stock and financial value reporting.
o Inventory review – agreed stock levels and reporting on costs
o Mange stock in USA distribution centre
o
Manging daily orders and transfers for all USA online partners
·
Operational
o Managing monthly sales forecasts versus targets and KPI's
o Monthly order book reporting highlighting business opportunities. and over stocks.
What we are looking for.
Essential 3-5 years in a customer facing management role.
Data literate, strong use of Excel, Word and Google Sheets
Sage experience
Experience working in a high Sku environment in multiple currencies.
