Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Manage recruitment processes, including the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities.
Maintain and manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records.
Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace environment.
Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to senior management and staff.
Supervise HR team members, providing mentorship and support for their professional growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Human Resources management role, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday and PeopleSoft.
Proficiency in data analysis skills to drive informed decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
Familiarity with ATS platforms is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
