An established and nurturing independent school in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a dedicated Food Technology Tutor to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis (2 days per week). About the Role
We are looking for an engaging and creative tutor who can deliver high-quality Food Technology sessions tailored to the needs of diverse learners. You will play a key role in building students' confidence, independence, and practical life skills through hands-on lessons and personalised support within the education and training sector.
What We're Looking For
Prior experience working with special educational needs (essential) A genuine passion for helping vulnerable or neurodivergent learners succeed Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Food Technology lessons Strong communication and behaviour-support skills Formal teaching qualifications are highly preferred, but not essential for the right candidate A positive, patient, and proactive approach to learning
