We are currently recruiting Sales Executives for two of our premier Surrey locations, Hoebridge Golf Centre and Burhill Golf Club. These are exciting front-line roles, ideal for proactive individuals with strong interpersonal skills and previous experience in direct sales, ideally within hospitality, events, or membership environments. Position Overview:
The Sales Executive plays a key role within the sales team, responsible for driving revenue across events and functions (including conferences, parties, and weddings), group golf, golf membership, and health & fitness membership sales. From handling initial enquiries to coordinating event details through to delivery, the Sales Executive ensures a seamless and engaging customer journey.
Success in this role will be measured through achieving monthly and annual sales targets, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall commercial performance of the site. The role requires a proactive approach, market awareness, and close collaboration with the Sales Manager to identify new opportunities and support the wider sales strategy.

About You:
* Previous experience in selling within Events, Leisure, or Golf environments.
* Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and KPIs
* Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional evenings
* Independently mobile, living within a 45-minute commute of the venue
* Genuine passion for and understanding of the Events/Golf industry
