Location: Maidenhead (Office Based), Full time, Permanent. Are you passionate about improving employee experience and looking to develop in a role where you can make a real difference? We are looking for an organised, energetic and proactive HR Administrator to join our team during a pivotal time of growth. You won't just be pushing paper; you’ll be part of our journey ensuring we continue to support the business through this period. You will have an opportunity to play a key role within HR, getting involved in many different areas including the onboarding process, feedback sessions and a variety of projects depending on business requirements, developing your knowledge and gaining valuable experience along the way. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support across all HR functions New Starter Experience - Supporting with induction planning and on boarding Preparing contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation involved with the employee lifecycle Handling HR queries in a timely and professional manner Supporting absence management and maintaining accurate records Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation Be involved with employee feedback leading to continuous improvement About You Previous administrative experience (HR experience desirable but not essential) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn Who will you be working with?
