Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support across all HR functions New Starter Experience - Supporting with induction planning and on boarding Preparing contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation involved with the employee lifecycle Handling HR queries in a timely and professional manner Supporting absence management and maintaining accurate records Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation Be involved with employee feedback leading to continuous improvement About You Previous administrative experience (HR experience desirable but not essential) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn Who will you be working with?
