Customer Service Manager
Based in the Lisburn area, my client is a leading manufacturing company who are market leaders in their field and who have the lowest turnover of staff that I have come across. They rarely recruit due to their excellent work environment, and they are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Manager. A background working as a Call Centre Manager or similar is a particularly good fit for this position.
On offer is a salary of £45,000 - £55,000, market leading holidays, pension, life assurance and an early finish every Friday. My client is offering a secure, well paid and exciting job for the rest of your career. It is important to note that they do not work overtime, and you will leave for home promptly on a daily basis.
Role - Customer Service Manager
* Leading, coaching, and motivating the team through clear objectives, structured planning, and performance management.
* Allocating workflow effectively and managing daily task prioritisation.
* Managing attendance, timekeeping, and conduct fairly and consistently in line with company policy.
* Addressing performance issues constructively and working in partnership with HR and the Operations Manager when required.
* Managing customer relationships in line with agreed service levels, contractual obligations, pricing, lead times, and product specifications.
* Managing complaints in line with company procedure, ensuring root cause analysis and preventative actions are documented and implemented.
Person - Customer Service Manager
* Previous proven experience within a role as a Customer Service Manager or similar
* Proven ability of leading and developing a high-performing Customer Service Team
