About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an interior fit-out project based in Motherwell. This is a fixed-term position running from 28th July 2025 until November 2025, with responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, including direct labour and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all on-site activities on a live interior fit-out project.

Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe working practices.

Monitor progress and report to the project team.

Ensure all health & safety standards are met and enforced on site.

Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
*
Maintain site records and ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance.
Requirements

Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Valid SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
*
Valid First Aid at Work certificate.

Ability to coordinate multiple trades and ensure tight project deadlines are met.
