Site Manager Skills: The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual, with 5 years’ management experience and a background in large scale residential construction. As Site Manager: Responsibilities will include: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor progress, managing timelines and budgets effectively. Coordinate and manage subcontractors while maintaining site standards. Conduct regular safety checks and audits. Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners to ensure work complies with building regulations. Maintain high quality standards throughout all project phases. About You: Minimum of 5 years' experience in site management on residential sites. Proven track record of delivering high-quality residential developments on time and within budget. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and maintain excellent working relationships. Thorough knowledge of building regulations, health & safety standards, and construction best practices. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €70,000 - €75,000 bonus, vehicle, fuel, pension, healthcare.
