Play an important part in our journey
As a Sales Executive, focus on building strong relationships with customers through virtual channels, understanding their needs, upselling our products and services, and driving growth while delivering excellent service every step of the way.
On a day‑to‑day basis, you’ll:
* Take the lead on customer orders over the phone, using your foodie expertise to guide choices and become a trusted product advisor.
* Spot opportunities to upsell by reminding customers of items they may have missed and suggesting new ways to add value.
* Support our digital customers as they grow their businesses, providing guidance and building their confidence.
* Turn insights into action by analysing buying patterns and sparking meaningful, impactful conversations.
* Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolving issues smoothly while maintaining strong customer relationships.
