Location – Magor, NP26 3RA
Hours – Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 14:30pm
1. £13.00 per hour

We’re currently looking to recruit a Cook who will assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment
We’re looking for someone to represent the Apleona team and consistently deliver attractive food and take responsibility for Food Safety and Health and Safety. You will prepare and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of food for the restaurant, café and event areas. As part of the role, you will also manage the commercial elements and develop sales by building customer loyalty and providing a service that customers value.
As an Apleona Cook, we’re looking for:
6. Completed or working as an Apprentice
7. Leve 2 NVQ/C&G or SVQ Qualification or equivalent
8. 14-19 Hospitality & Catering diploma
9. A foundation degree in culinary arts
10. Strong communication skills
11. Experience in a similar role spent as a Chef
12. An understanding of health and safety in a catering environment
13. Great time keeping
14. Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc.
In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of the team.
