About the Role
Join a leading boutique workplace law firm with a strong reputation for employment law and related services. The role offers autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to high-quality work for both employers and senior executives.
You’ll advise on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
* Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
* Grievance, disciplinary, discrimination, and whistleblowing issues
* Contracts, policies, settlement agreements
* Strategic advice on reorganisations and business transfers
* You’ll also mentor junior lawyers and work collaboratively across offices.
Candidate Profile
* England & Wales qualified (or foreign qualified with UK experience) with 5+ years’ PQE
* Strong track record in employment law, including litigation at Tribunal and High Court level
* Exceptional drafting, analytical, and client care skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a demanding workload
* Commercially minded and proactive approach
