Salary: £26,000 £31,000 per annum
OTE: £8,000 £10,000 per annum

Role Overview
As a Course Sales Executive, youll play a key role in engaging and enrolling self-funded learners onto a range of digital and professional training programmes.
Youll build relationships with prospective learners, guide them through the full sales cyclefrom initial enquiry through to enrolmentand provide ongoing support to ensure a positive learner experience. Youll also identify opportunities for progression and additional learning.
This is a target-driven role suited to a proactive and motivated individual with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their professional goals.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve agreed KPIs including calls, webinars, meetings, and learner enrolments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, ensuring a high-quality experience.
Engage and convert leads from inbound enquiries, job boards, and referrals.
Confidently present and sell a range of training and development programmes.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximise learner progression.
Manage the full enrolment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise lead generation campaigns.
Support learner retention through proactive communication and service follow-ups.
Contribute to team and organisational objectives through collaboration and initiative.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in B2C sales or a similar environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrated success working to KPIs and structured processes.
Experience using CRM systems
Confident, professional, and engaging communication style.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and solutions-focused.
Resilient with strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
Desirable Skills:
Experience within education, training, or work-based learning.
General Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Highly organised and adaptable, with a proactive approach.
A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
