The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft packages and experience in Sales/Recruitment are highly desirable. Responsibilities : * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services. * Utilise CRM to manage sales activities, track progress, and report on performance metrics. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that drive sales. * Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our offerings. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction. Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Packages for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities. * Experience in telemarketing or similar sales roles, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting targets. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
