A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE HR OFFICER AT OUR HOTEL
* Provide first-line HR support to staff on daily HR queries
* Drive employee engagement activities and manage all internal communication channels
* Promote a positive environment
* Assisting with recruitment and managing Harri & Fourth onboarding ensuring smooth integration of new team members
* Prepare job postings and arrange interviews
* Assist HR manager to deliver training and induction
* Monitor training completion
* Assist HR manager in creating reports, PowerPoint presentations and HR projects
* Take notes during meetings
* Maintain employee files and support with administrative tasks
* Manage and keep Harri and Fourth systems up to date
What We Need From You
* Proven experience in a similar role in a 4/5 star hotel environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, confidential and supportive approach
* Excellent knowledge of MS systems (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and social media is required
* Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
* Excellent attention to details and ability to prioritize
* Resilient and positive attitude
