Sales Executive - Albert's Schloss
Salary: £13.85/hour + Tronc + Bonus
We’re looking for someone to join us as a Sales Executive for Albert’s Schloss Soho. We need superstars who have worked in a reservations, host or admin role before & who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a world class service to our guests.
What you'll be doing
* Managing bookings through Collins - DesignMyNight and answering phone queries
* Working with the front of house team to ensure booking notes are communicated efficiently
* Targeting key contacts to encourage bookings
* Working with the Sales & Events Manager with outreach projects
* Attending external & pop-up events to promote Albert's Schloss
Who we need
* Someone who has a love for great hospitality
* A genuine desire to go above and beyond and make our guests feel at home & welcome
* Organised & computer literate
* Experience with Collins - DesignMyNight would be helpful but not essential
