About the Role
This Human Resources Officer role is a hands-on position supporting a busy, regulated environment. The successful Human Resources Officer will work closely with managers to provide HR guidance, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Officer, you will:
* Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance
* Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice
* Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention
Requirements
To be successful in this Human Resources Officer role, you must have:
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Experience handling employee relations cases independently
* Strong organisational and communication skills
