Experience required…
Essential:
6. Leads and controls foremen, skilled labour and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the civil works aspects of the project
7. Ability to optimise resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works.
8. Able to demonstrate good organisational skills, following policies, procedures, and work practices, and developing improvements where necessary.
9. Ability to produce method statements and procedures. Competent in reading and understanding specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.
10. Keeps records of all work completed and completion of “Action Lists” of wastewater and clean water infrastructure.
Desirable:
11. Previous experience working for a water company
