Learning Mentor - Alternative Provision

Are you passionate about helping young people re-engage with learning and reach their potential?
What you’ll do
* We're working with an Alternative Learning Provision that supports students who are not currently in full-time mainstream education. Through tailored one-to-one mentoring, learning sessions, and enrichment activities, this provision helps young people overcome barriers and find the right pathway back into education.
* Build positive relationships, inspire confidence, and create engaging learning opportunities. This is a rewarding role for anyone motivated by making a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
What we’re looking for
* A qualified teacher looking for opportunities beyond the traditional classroom.
* A Higher Level Teaching Assistant ready to take on a new challenge.
* A creative and passionate individual eager to be trained in delivering alternative learning, including the ASDAN curriculum.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Flexibility, creativity, and a genuine commitment to supporting young people.
