What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
Supporting recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
Managing payroll inputs and ensuring compliance with internal controls
Coordinating occupational health appointments and medical screenings
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors)
Preparing reports, presentations, and HR metrics for senior management
Assisting with disciplinary and grievance processes
Driving HR communications and maintaining notice boards
Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for HR activities
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR role, ideally within manufacturing
CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
Strong working knowledge of SAP, HR systems, and time & attendance platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine interest in progressing to a HR Manager role
