Position: Delegate Acquisition Sales Executive (Full-Time, International Business)
Millennium is seeking dedicated Delegate Acquisition Sales Executives, a crucial role within our organization. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to engage with C-Level executives within Fortune 500 companies and develop expertise across various industries.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Experience in acquiring C-Level contacts within the Fortune 500 preferred
* Experience selling into sectors such as IT, IT Security, Human Resources, Retail, Healthcare, Marketing, or Supply Chain preferred
* Ability to analyze markets, identify targets, develop relationships, and secure new business
* Proficiency in cold calling, persuasive writing, proposal development, account management, and customer service
* Comfortable in fast-paced business environments and skilled at building strong customer relationships
Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify prospective clients by developing and executing comprehensive search strategies to attract C-Level executives from Fortune 500 companies
* Develop and implement strategies to reach prospects through telesales and social sales engagement for assigned events
* Achieve quarterly and weekly sales targets
* Collaborate with the Product team to develop innovative and transformational programs and agendas
* Ensure compliance with sales processes and tools such as CRM systems
* Coordinate with sales, business development, events, travel, and production teams to execute on new and existing products
* Utilize internet research and recommendations to attract potential clients in a fast-paced environment
* Conduct delegate sales activities including lead generation, business development, and cold calling
* Prepare and maintain delegate sales materials
* Manage client inquiries regarding programs, schedules, and speaking opportunities
* Assist in organizing and running a minimum of three Millennium Events annually
