Together with your team, you will collaborate with Heads of People and leaders across the business to understand their recruitment needs for now and the future. You’ll shape innovative solutions while ensuring we deliver a recruitment service that is robust, timely, and commercially effective.
Role Purpose:
We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute Head of Recruitment to lead a small recruitment team delivering a best-in-class service. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the people senior leadership team, lead a highly capable team, and be accountable for Investments hiring across Public/Private sectors. This role will be pivotal in executing talent strategies that attract top talent and position the team as valued advisors to the business. You will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure our hiring approach aligns with long-term business strategy, regulatory expectations, and our commitment to an inclusive culture where all colleagues’ contributions are encouraged.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Lead all hiring strategies across Investments, aligning with business growth and succession plans.
* Act as a trusted advisor to our investment CIOs and senior leaders, ensuring rigorous and inclusive assessment and selection processes.
* Oversee executive search for senior and regulated roles, managing confidential mandates and complex offer negotiations.
* Drive operational excellence, including recruitment budget ownership, compliance, and delivering a standout candidate experience.
* Champion inclusive hiring, ensuring diverse shortlists and strong partnerships with HR, Finance, and business leadership.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience and knowledge of Investment hiring within private or public markets, with the ability to provide solutions and influence at an executive level.
* Strong track record of delivering executive hires, influencing, and providing constructive challenge to stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for the business.
* Deep understanding and capability of managing complex offer negotiations and compensation structures.
* Commercially minded, data-driven, with a passion for building long-lasting relationships.
* Previous people leadership experience, leading by example and inspiring your team to drive ideas and innovation.
