FM Site Manager

Role Purpose: To lead the multidisciplinary site management team to drive operational excellence, improve safe systems of work, ensure efficient delivery, and manage stakeholders while meeting business performance expectations.
Accountabilities
1. Lead a positive safety culture on site, ensuring compliance with company and client safe systems of work.
2. Manage the site management team by setting clear goals and objectives to meet contractual demands.
3. Plan and schedule resource demands, conducting regular reviews to maintain contract requirements.
4. Perform contract performance reviews, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Implement a robust audit schedule to ensure compliance with safe systems of work.
6. Facilitate cross-discipline communication to improve intercompany efficiencies.
7. Manage stakeholder and client relationships to foster a collaborative environment and improve operations.
8. Ensure the delivery of business objectives within specified expectations.
