⭐ What will you be doing?
This is a lively, hands-on role where you’ll be supporting clients, candidates, and new business opportunities from start to finish. Your day-to-day will involve:
Sales & Business Development
8. Growing your client base through proactive calls, virtual outreach, and in-person visits in your territory
9. Building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
10. Networking at local events and raising brand awareness
11. Negotiating rates, margins, and supply agreements
Service Delivery
12. Managing the full recruitment process
13. Advertising roles and sourcing high-quality candidates
14. Registering, interviewing, and placing candidates
15. Ensuring timesheets are accurate and supporting payroll
You’ll have structured onboarding, ongoing training, and access to great tools to help you get up to speed quickly.
