We are currently looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our well established Tech team in Manchester As a Power Platform Developer, you will be a key driver in our transition to low-code development, using the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly business applications. You will design and build solutions using Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, and Power Automate, helping teams across the business streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and reduce manual effort. In addition to hands-on development, you will help establish and maintain a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Power Platform, promoting best practices, reusable components, and citizen development. You will also be responsible for platform governance using the Power Platform Admin Centre, ensuring secure, compliant, and well-managed environments. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for enabling innovation through low-code tools. Your work will directly support our strategic goals by accelerating solution delivery, improving operational efficiency, and empowering users to build their own tools within a governed framework. As a Power Platform Developer, you’ll lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You’ll drive AI automation strategies, integrate advanced models, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and secure applications. The role involves guiding technical teams, shaping data models and workflows, managing project timelines, and aligning solutions with business goals. You’ll contribute to development standards, participate in governance processes, and stay current with emerging Microsoft and AI technologies to continuously enhance system performance and functionality. About You: Proven experience with Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, and Power Automate. Experience in setting up and governing a Centre of Excellence for Power Platform. Basic experience in developing and integrating with API web services. Proficiency in using the Power Platform Admin Centre for environment and user management. Strong understanding of Dataverse, security roles, and solution management. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Desired: Experience with Power BI, AI Builder, or Power Virtual Agents. Knowledge of Azure services and integration with Power Platform. Experience in the legal industry, particularly consumer law. Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-600).
