We are seeking a Catering Manager to run our afterschool club catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in food management, with a focus on preparing and serving high-quality, healthy food. The Catering Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
* Manage inventory control and ensure proper stock levels for all catering supplies.
* Have a strong awareness and understanding of food allergies and ensure all dietary needs are met.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
* Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
Experience
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety.
* Experience working in a catering environment.
* Experience working with children or in a school setting.
You will be supported in the role through training and continued professional development.
Afterschool club: 3-5:30pm
