The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of BI & Analytics, you will move beyond execution to design and manage the organisation's overarching data architecture. You will bridge the gap between Technology and Data teams, turning existing data flows into a comprehensive future-state strategy.
What You’ll Do
* Design & Strategy: Define the data architecture strategy and develop maturity plans.
* Governance: Establish data standards and policies to ensure integrity and security.
* Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and represent Data in the Architecture Review Board.
* Leadership: Coach and line manage a Junior Data Architect.
Your Profile
* Experience: Proven background in data modeling, integration, or governance.
* Technical Base: Familiarity with SQL Server/Oracle, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and data modeling tools.
* Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and a talent for translating business needs into technical solutions.

Salary: £65,000
