Job Description: HR Services Coordinator
As part of the HR Shared Services Team, the HR Services Coordinator will deliver first-line support and manage day-to-day activities for the HR Team. The individual will respond to employee inquiries and leadership requests.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the US HR department.
2. Maintain accurate electronic personnel files and documentation in compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and country-specific legislation.
3. Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to support the HR Target Operating Model.
4. Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and background checks.
5. Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
6. Support employee training through Enstar’s Learning Management System.
7. Provide first-line support and escalation for HR systems.
8. Process employee record changes within the HRIS system.
9. Prepare employee change and termination paperwork.
10. Address employee inquiries regarding HR processes.
11. Stay updated on global HR practices.
12. Assist with HR projects, including data audits and policy development.
13. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
1. Self-directed with initiative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

3. Practical judgment, sensitivity, and creativity in changing situations.
4. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
5. Team player with the ability to work independently.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
7. Experience with HR & Payroll platforms.
8. Initial HR department experience.
9. Experience supporting HR systems and involvement in system development.
10. Ability to generate management information for business use.
11. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
12. Ability to work effectively under pressure and contribute to departmental operations.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
