The role is full time and permanent and would suit someone coming from a strong customer service background, looking to move into an insurance environment, with great opportunity for growth & development. The Client Our client is a UK-based underwriting agency, with offices in London, Manchester, Oxfordshire and Belfast. They were established in 2001, and specialise in Commercial Motor Insurance. The Role Within the role of the Administration Assistant, you will report directly to the Office Manager. Typical duties will include: Processing records on a bespoke computer system Creating and updating records on the database Dealing with enquiries via telephone and email General administration duties Desirable Criteria Customer service experience in a busy environment Good organisational skills Ability to work as part of a team, and independently Ability to follow clear instructions, and work to deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Package Salary starting from £23500 to £25000, depending on skills & experience Pension contribution 25 days annual leave, plus stats Car parking on site, or close by Opportunity for growth and development in a growing organisation.
