experienced HR Administrator / Officer
to join their Human Resources team on a
3-6 month contract
to cover maternity leave. This is a
full-time role (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm), offering the chance to join a supportive and collaborative team while making a real impact in the smooth running of the school's HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and compliance processes, including pre-interview and online checks
Maintain and update absence logs
Support the HR Coordinator with administrative tasks and data entry
Update and maintain the Single Central Record
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven HR administration experience (education sector experience desirable)
Strong IT skills, with confidence across multiple systems
Proficiency in Excel
The ability to start within the next
2 weeks
for 6 months
