The role will involve lots of communication with external customers, advancing the company as first-choice supplier, and internal manufacturing teams (production, quality, supply chain, sales, etc.) to effectively handle customer service interactions and ensure repeat business. As Customer Service Manager, you must act proactively at all times, carrying out your duties in a professional and courteous manner and provide customers with regular updates on their projects. Customers frequently chase for updates on progress, timescales and delivery dates. You will be the central point of contact to answer those queries.
