Poole Waite & Co Ltd is proud to be the UK’s Premier Architectural Ironmonger, continuously trading since we were established in 1935. Our prestigious showroom and trade counter are in the City of London, with additional workshops and powder coating facilities in Bexley, Kent. We are the sole manufacturer of the original Briton T-shaped door closer, and we continue to lead the way in both heritage and modern hardware solutions.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic sales team based in Clerkenwell. You will play a key role in expanding our business and maintaining our relationships with valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers in our showroom, show and explain product ranges as appropriate
* Support existing sales team in other duties
* Assist with presentations and show room tours
* Handle customer enquiries and process orders efficiently and professionally
What we’re looking for
* Someone with knowledge of the architectural ironmongery industry or fire doors
* A confident, personable, and self-driven individual with strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
* Knowledge of relevant products, regulations, and industry standards
