The Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) is made up of a multidisciplinary team of professionals that support young people with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Reception duties for the CAMHS building, dealing with all visitors to the department in a courteous and friendly manner.
* Provide a telephony service, effectively dealing with telephone calls from community staff, parents, General Practitioners and other individuals or organisations, taking messages, ensuring follow-up where necessary.
* Book clinical appointments on behalf of the Multidisciplinary team.
Skills and Qualifications
* Four GCSE's at Grade A-C /9-4 to include English Language or equivalent qualification and 1 years’ administrative experience OR
* NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent and 1 years’ administrative experience OR
* A minimum of two years’ administrative experience and GCSE grade C/4 or above in English Language or equivalent qualification.
* At least 1 years’ experience in an admin role in a healthcare setting.
