Offer description

Our client, a leading entity in the aerospace and engineering sector, is currently seeking a diligent and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop HR skills within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing employee records and ensuring they are kept up-to-date and accurate
Assisting with recruitment processes including shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and onboarding
Supporting the HR team with the development and implementation of HR policies
Maintaining employee benefits programs and informing employees of their benefits
Handling employee enquiries and providing general HR support to all staff
Coordinating training sessions and seminars
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies
Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as needed

Job Requirements:

Experience in HR administration within the aerospace or engineering sectors is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work tasks
Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience
