Key Responsibilities:
Managing employee records and ensuring they are kept up-to-date and accurate
Assisting with recruitment processes including shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and onboarding

Handling employee enquiries and providing general HR support to all staff
Coordinating training sessions and seminars

Experience in HR administration within the aerospace or engineering sectors is highly desirable
