We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a GBP5m Cat B Office Refurbishment project in the heart of Central London. This immediate start opportunity requires delivering a cutting‑edge, fully operational workspace for our prestigious client.
Scope: Full Cat B Office Fit‑Out, transforming a base build into a customised, ready‑to‑occupy environment (including partitions, fully fitted kitchens, IT infrastructure, M&E services coordination, and high‑spec finishes).

Duties
* Oversee all construction phases from site set‑up to final handover, ensuring adherence to programme milestones and quality specifications.
* Maintain an exemplary Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) record by enforcing CDM regulations, conducting site inductions, and managing all RAMS.
* Subcontractor Management: Direct and coordinate all trades and subcontractors, focusing on complex M&E and bespoke joinery packages typical of Cat B works.
* Implement rigorous quality assurance processes and snagging procedures to deliver a flawless, high‑spec finish.
* Act as the primary site‑based contact, reporting progress to the Contracts/Project Manager and liaising with client representatives, design teams, and local authorities.
* Manage the construction programme, produce look‑ahead schedules, and work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and spot value‑engineering opportunities.
