Job Title: MEP Site Manager Location: Essex (Projects in Southend & Basildon) Salary: £65K DOE The Role: * Oversee all MEP site activities across two small healthcare projects. * Manage day-to-day site operations on projects located in Southend and Basildon. * Coordinate and manage MEP subcontractors on site. * Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. * Monitor site progress and resolve on-site issues as they arise. * Ensure all works comply with health & safety requirements and project standards. * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. * Ensure installations are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements.
