Field Sales Executive
Location: Trowbridge
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50k), £250 per month car allowance, business travel paid.
You’re confident, ambitious and hungry to earn with sales experience in a face‑to‑face role.
What you will be doing:
* Be out and about going door‑to‑door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
* Manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
* Drive your performance, hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.
* Build relationships with the local community and internally.
* Be open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt your approach.
What you will bring:
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
* Solid sales experience ideally in a face‑to‑face role and know how to engage people.
* Friendly and confident, enjoy real conversations.
* Confident going solo, thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
