Role Overview:
We are seeking 2 enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in sales and business development.
You will be working closely with our experienced Business Development Managers, supporting them with administrative tasks and lead generation to help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Business Development team with day-to-day administrative duties
* Conduct outbound calls (minimum of 40 calls per hour or generate 1 qualified lead per hour)
* Identify potential business opportunities and qualify leads
* Accurately update and maintain internal CRM and lead databases
* Assist in campaign follow-ups and pipeline management
* Collaborate with the wider team to meet department targets
Key Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Confidence in making high volumes of outbound calls
* A proactive and target-driven mindset
* Willingness to learn and grow within a sales-focused environment
* Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
