Position: Senior Sales Executive
Department: Commercial Team - B2B Media & Events
Location: Liverpool Street, London (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office, Mon/Weds anchor days + 1 flexible day)
Salary: £35,000 base + up to £15,000 commission + annual bonus (12.5% of salary)
Additional perks: Monthly sales commission, events commission, summer Fridays (finish at 12pm), generous benefits package

The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a motivated and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their friendly, high-performing commercial team. You'll be selling multi-platform advertising, content marketing, and event sponsorship packages, working with existing key accounts while also bringing in new business.

This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a supportive, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Build relationships with existing clients while identifying and approaching new prospects

Sell across digital, content, and event sponsorship channels

Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to aftercare

Gain an in-depth understanding of the brand portfolio and audience reach

Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and events teams to deliver successful campaigns

Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates to the Head of Sales

What We're Looking For

3-5 years' experience in a sales role (media sales experience a plus, but not essential)

Confident with both new business and account management

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable selling across multiple formats

25 days annual leave
