My client is seeking two experienced Site Managers to oversee the construction and delivery of large-scale Solar Farm projects, each incorporating 132kV compound builds with both civil and electrical elements.
You'll be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved across all phases of the project.
These are major renewable energy infrastructure schemes with long-term programmes and excellent potential for ongoing work across future projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations for civil and electrical works.
* Manage and implement the Construction Phase Plan and Health & Safety Plan.
* Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and company HSEQ procedures.
* Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics in line with the project programme.
* Monitor progress using Microsoft Project and report updates accurately.
* Lead site safety initiatives and ensure a strong safety culture throughout delivery.
* Oversee Temporary Works activities and associated documentation.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing 132kV compound build projects (civil & electrical).
* Valid SMSTS certification.
* Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator accreditation.
* First Aid (3-day) qualification.
* Working knowledge of CDM Regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
