Your day-to-day tasks will be to support the Recruitment Manager in delivering an excellent candidate experience and meeting staffing levels required to support the business.
Your role will include:
* Assist with managing PAYE vacancies across the full recruitment cycle including sourcing/advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and stakeholder management
* Proactive sourcing of talent to build and maintain talent pipelines of suitable candidates
* Recruit and select in line with job specifications and requirements
* Maintains processes and procedures relating to selection and recruitment, worker status and agencies in line with legislation
* Support with Ad-Hoc administrative duties
Experience:
* Previous experience of recruitment, either in-house or with a recruitment agency
* Excellent communicating skills both face to face and over the telephone
* Ability to manage multiple workloads.
* IT Literate
* Good understanding of checking legal right to work in the UK, desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
