* Answering all HR enquiries coming into the business
* Writing adverts with line managers, co-ordinating interviews and managing the onboarding process
* Supporting two HR professionals with all front-line duties, acting as the first point of call for line manager and employee HR queries
* Managing the employee and tracker database and undertaking all other administrative tasks as required on a daily basis.
