The Role: Customer Services Manager Location: Blandford Forum Salary £45k The Company Our client, a global operator in the marine industry is seeking a Customer Services Manager to lead and motivate a team providing support for our end consumer, dealers, distributors and OEMs dealing with all warranty, technical and product issues. The Role As Customer Services Manager you will ensure an exemplary customer service and warranty process that supports all our customers. You will take the lead on any complex customer focused activities. You will work closely and develop positive collaborative working relationships with our sales engineers and production departments. As the Customer Services Manager you will lead and manage the returns system ensuring correct paperwork and customer correspondence is in place. As the Customer service expert you will provide route cause analysis reports for both customers and internal stakeholders. You will manage, motivate and lead a team in a supportive and collaborative working environment. The Successful Candidate You will have a successful track record as a Customer Service professional. It would be advantageous and desirable to have manufacturing or engineering experience, especially in warranty/returns area, however we are open to considering other sectors full product training will ongoing. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing and developing internal and external relationships. You will have a positive and committed working demeanour to add value and motivate and lead a team. You will be a natural problem solver with the ability to anticipate and highlight issues. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively across a range of audiences both orally and in writing. You will have an excellent administrative skill set with strong IT skills across Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/Outlook). An exceptionally organised professional with the ability to multi-task.
