Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 Full time, Permanent Early Friday finish What you'll do: Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. Oversee employee relations, including managing disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring consistent policy enforcement with management. Provide guidance and coaching to line managers and team leaders on HR matters. Assist with recruitment processes, from advertising roles and shortlisting candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Maintain up-to-date and compliant employee records within the HR system. Accurately process weekly payroll in a timely manner. Support external audits in coordination with the compliance team. Ensure confidentiality is maintained in all HR and payroll activities. Compile and present HR reports for monthly management meetings. Represent HR during employee committee meetings. Lead HR projects and enhancements to improve employee engagement and streamline systems. Assist with upholding company Quality and Environmental standards as needed. What you'll need: 3 years' experience in a generalist/officer HR role. Relevant third-level qualification and/or CIPD qualification, or working towards one. Experience handling employee relations matters. Up-to-date understanding of employment legislation. Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
